A traditional-style, independent villa just 100m from the beautiful Baia Caddinas beach, this house, which sleeps 7 people, is an ideal holiday base for family or friends.
The villa is built on a hillside and split over 2 floors. The main living space/dining area is on the first floor but has access to the garden via a glass door. Large French windows on the other side of the room open onto a shaded balcony with a sofa, armchairs and stunning sea views.
The open-plan living space is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Downstairs there is a second dining room with another sofa.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: This airy bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom, on the ground floor, also has a double bed, a wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: An airy, first-floor, bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a glass door leading out onto a balcony.
Extra: There is a single bed in the living room on the ground floor.
Bathrooms
Two of the bathrooms are en suite and equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC. The third is independent and also has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: There is an outdoor shower, which is great after a day on the beach.

Location
The villa is an easy 100m walk from Baia Caddinas beach, with its pristine white sands and clear sea. It is an exclusive residential tourist area, which is quiet, but also close to the centre of the town of Golfo Aranci. The property offers guests all the amenities of this charming resort, from the weekly market (Monday) in the town centre, to supermarkets and great restaurants.
The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king.
Olbia airport is just a 25-minute drive.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villeta Franco. The location was great, easy 2 min walk to the beach and also a local restaurant (Ristorante Pizzeria Da Andrea-has great food) just a block away. The villa was very clean and provided with all essentials. The view from the patio and rooftop were beautiful with great breeze. The room setup was great with 3 bathrooms which worked great for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The outdoor shower also had hot water! The drive to golfo aranci was a quick 5 min with lots of restaurant and gelato choices and also a nice beach as well as splashpad/waterfall for kids to run through. Although the breeze is nice there are also mosquitoes so having working AC was great. There is AC in each bedroom and the main room (be careful as some of the units dripped a little bit of water so we put a towel down to avoid slipping). The welcome champagne was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked one could prepare their own meals if desired. The washer machine was functional and the warm sun and outdoor drying lines made drying clothes easy. In the garage there as also a beach umbrella, sand toys, bamboo mats and chairs which were useful (a couple of chairs were broken though). I would definitely recommend staying here. The check-in/out was super easy and communication was smooth. If you don't notice it In listing their is no wifi which can be an issue for some. My only other criticism is the lack of beach towels so be prepared to bring your own or purchase.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed Villetta Franco and would definitely stay again.
